Rajesh Sharma

Co-Founder

Rajesh Sharma is a resident of Dubai for the past 30 years. Over the years, he has worked with prestigious and luxury brands such as Dubai Holdings, Mercedes Benz, Jaguar and Expo 2020.

He brings a wealth of in-depth knowledge and firsthand experience across a spectrum of critical business functions, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Administration, Accounts, EDP and System Integration within the real estate and automotive industry.

Rajesh provides a 360 corporate advisory consultancy and services for local and international companies. He is well-connected, maintaining a robust network of Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and family offices throughout the MENA region,which has been instrumental in driving business growth and establishing market dominance.

Leveraging market-timing expertise and exclusive off-market opportunities enables him to identify and deliver high-value real estate deals for his clients.

Alongside, Rajesh is a sports enthusiast and has played professional volleyball. He plays chess, golf and managed the Black Panther Team (B division Cricket) as part of his weekend social engagement.

When he's not working, he can be seen tending to his plants whilst listening to podcasts and working out at the gym.

Wilson George

Co-Founder

Wilson George has been a part of Dubai’s dynamic business landscape since 1994. He has gained extensive experience by collaborating with professionals from over 50 nationalities across various time zones in the global shipping industry,which has contributed to his exposure to diversity and cultures across markets worldwide.

By handling complex and high-valued transactions, Wilson has developed strong negotiation skills and an in-depth understanding of global business dynamics.

He places great importance on transparency and precision, guided by a disciplined commitment to ethical and lawful business practices.

He has proudly built long-standing professional relationships founded on trust, commitment, and mutual respect, and is thus committed to bringing this global perspective and analytical mindset into the real estate sector.

Wilson's free time often takes him cycling through Old Town bazaars, discovering new sights and rhythms of the city. He loves watching movies, and feels knowing over ten languages makes the experience richer-he enjoys understanding dialogues, accents, and cultural nuances directly.

He also cares for a growing collection of indoor and outdoor plants, which keeps him grounded and observant. Wilson is naturally curious, so he spends a lot of time learning from people, places, and the world around him.
